1 Introduction & Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 44bk platform ("44bk", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the website at https://44bk.org or its mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

44bk is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. We offer Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a range of other gaming services tailored specifically for users in Bangladesh.

These terms have been prepared in English for the convenience of our users. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall be considered definitive.

2 Account Registration

You will need to create an account to enjoy everything 44bk has to offer. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 44bk reserves the right to terminate any account found to have been created using false information.

• Correct mobile number (must match your bKash/Nagad/Rocket account)

Single Account Policy:

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or device. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts and their balances will be forfeited and all bonuses cancelled.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and place bets on 44bk. This is a legal requirement and 44bk makes no exceptions.

• 44bk may request a national ID or passport at any time during registration for age verification.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• If a minor's account is identified, it will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided.
• Residents of countries where the use of 44bk's services is prohibited are not eligible to register.

4 Deposits & Payments

44bk supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits:

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

• 44bk does not charge any deposit fees, though fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on 44bk are fast and hassle-free. However, the following conditions must be met:

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Your maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

Reasons a withdrawal may be held:

• Account verification not completed
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns
• Failure to meet bonus terms and conditions
• Multiple accounts detected

6 Bonuses & Promotions

44bk regularly offers bonuses and promotions to its users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies after the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• 44bk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation:

• Suspected bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
• Requesting a withdrawal without meeting the conditions

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on 44bk is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time the bet is accepted will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, 44bk will refund the stake for that bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 44bk reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected, the relevant bet will be held under investigation.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be removed and the remaining bet will stand.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bk platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Using another person's account or sharing account access
• Intentionally exploiting any platform glitch or bug
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 44bk's systems
• Attempting to complete KYC verification using false information
• Harassing or defrauding other users

9 Account Suspension & Termination

44bk may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a terms violation
• If KYC verification details are found to be false or incomplete
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (no login for more than 12 months)
• If the user requests self-exclusion
• By court order or direction of a regulatory authority

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be refunded to the user. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of up to BDT 100 per month.

10 Responsible Gaming

Dispute Resolution:

• If any dispute arises, please contact the 44bk support team first.
• Our support team will aim to resolve your issue within 48 hours.
• If unresolved, a complaint may be filed with the licensing authority.
• In all disputes, 44bk's decision shall be considered final, unless overruled by a higher authority.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Where any discrepancy exists between language versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
